Lifetime Run

Build a sense of community while getting in top shape for the new year by becoming involved in Lifetime Run, a free, social club of runners who meet at 6 p.m. Tuesday nights and 7 a.m. Saturday mornings. Although loosely connected to Lifetime Fitness, this group is a totally free group, open to any interested runner who wants the accountability and encouragement of like-minded athletes.

“It’s nice to have some camaraderie for those who have a passion for the sport and who like to run outdoors,” Lifetime Flower Mound Coordinator Kim Nuszkowski says.

Once-a-month socials give the runners opportunity to bond even more. A core group of 12-20 people comes religiously, spurring each other on in various running competitions and in achieving personal goals. Check out Lifetime Run Flower Mound on Facebook for more details or email Kim at nuszkowski@lifetimefitness.com.
