Jim Collin & Steve Allen Memorial Golf event date set
The Jim Collin & Steve Allen Memorial Golf Event made its debut in 2017 as a resounding success and will return in 2018. The first annual joint effort by the Lewisville ISD Education Foundation (LEF) and the Denton Public School Foundation (DPSF), grossed over $100,000 for student scholarships to be shared equally in both school districts.
Denton Country Club played host to the First Annual Collin/Allen Memorial Event in honor of the two area businessmen and is in line to host the event again on October 15, 2018.
Included in last year’s event were four possible hole-in-one opportunities offering $300,000 in total prizes. While no one scored an ace that day, one golfer did come within six inches of winning $100,000! Could that be you this year?
