The Fifth Annual Boots & Blessings Gala took place on Saturday, April 6 at Austin Ranch to benefit Ally’s Wish. The Flower Mound-based organization grants wishes to mothers battling terminal illnesses so they may create lasting memories with their loved ones. Champions for Children Gala benefiting Children’s Advocacy Center for Denton County was a tremendous success. Guests were entertained by a steel drum band, Las Vegas entertainer Jeff Civillico and a lively auction. The Denton community was supportive and generous raising more than half a million dollars to help victims of severe child abuse.
